Delivery & Shipping
The minimum delivery is one product of any size or price. There is no maximum order.
You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been received and dispatched.
For customers in Ireland and Northern Ireland
Orders will normally be despatched within 48 hours (for non-personalised items). Delivery to our customers is by courier. Orders for Ireland/Northern Ireland are normally received within 2 working days from despatch.

For UK customers: We are currently unable to process orders for delivery to the United Kingdom.
Local Collection: For our local customers we are happy for you to collect your order directly from us. Select the “Local Collection” option when selecting the Shipping method. We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a suitable collection time in Bruff, Co. Limerick.
For Customers in Europe:
Our website delivery price is for Ireland only. We are happy to ship to other destinations in Europe but this will be subject to an additional postage fee which will be given to you and this additional postage must be paid prior to despatch. Please contact us directly for a shipping quotation.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to countries outside of Europe at this time.
Please inform us of any cancellation at the earliest opportunity. Once you submit an order, your items will be prepared for delivery within 48 hours (non-personalised items). You can cancel your order at any stage until the order has been sent to the courier service, with the exception of personalised orders. If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please contact us on +353 87 9289571 as soon as possible, or email this information to email@example.com.
If you provide an incorrect address, including the postcode, we do not accept any responsibility for a failure of an order to arrive or any costs involved in redirecting that order.
When sending packages we try to use recycled packaging in order to minimise the impact on the environment.
We process, pack and post our orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on a holiday or over a weekend will be dealt with the following working day.
For out of stock items, if the delay is likely to be significant we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date. In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this.
Damaged & Lost Parcels
If your product is damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. If the exterior packaging or the products are found to be damaged you must then sign “checked and found to be damaged”. If the products inside the package are damaged please email us photographic evidence of the damaged items. We will replace any items that are damaged in transit as quickly as possible and if this timing does not meet your requirements we will issue a refund.
If products are not delivered please contact us. If orders are considered by us to be lost in transit after a reasonable period time period has elapsed we shall at our discretion either refund or resend the order.
If you fail to collect a parcel or re arrange delivery of your parcel after a failed delivery attempt and the parcel is returned to us by the courier then you will incur a further postage charge for us to re-send the parcel back to you.
We hope you enjoy your Cookie & Crumb products. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products because you feel they are either damaged or faulty, simply return them in their original packaging within seven days. We are not liable for the cost of the return post.
Provided it is returned in its original packaging and the product has not been consumed other than is reasonable to establish the quality of the product you are not happy with we will refund the entire purchase price including the cost of postage or alternatively we will exchange the item for you. We are unable to process returns or refunds on items that are just unsuitable or unwanted or personalised items.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to chocolate products being shipped during hot weather. If the product is exposed to high temperatures in transit it will not reach you in perfect shape.
These conditions in no way affect your statutory rights.
